Responsibilities:-

Install, Adjust, Maintain and Repair Biomedical Equipment.
• Test and Calibrate Medical Equipment.
• Training Engineers, technical and clinical staff.
• Investigated safety-related incidents.
• Building and evaluated prototypes, troubleshooting problems and rethinking the design until it works correctly.
• Liaised with technicians and manufacturers to ensure the feasibility of a product in terms of design and economic viability.
• Discussed and solving problems with manufacturing, quality, purchasing and marketing departments.
• Arranged clinical trials of medical products.
• Followed up on the shipments upon their arrival.
• Followed up on the shipments upon their arrival.
• Deal with customer complaints about product performance.
• Maintain a high level of knowledge, both technical and commercial of the product lines, by devoting the time while in the office, to deepen product knowledge.
• Provide any assistance during presence in the office, of administration nature, whenever requested.
• Maintain an awareness of competitors activities and developments in associated techniques and ensure that the information is collected and made available, as and when required, since this is a very important part of the business.

Requirements:-

Graduates of Biomedical Engineering. 
Required:
1. Must have experience in Service.
2. Fluent in English.
3. Well look.
4. Fluent in communication skills.
5. The residents of the First Settlement, Fifth Settlement, and Nasr City are preferred.

Responsibilities:-

  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
